Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it, without providing any reason. After this period, cancellations may not be accepted if production has already started.
Returns
You are eligible to request a return within 3 days of receiving the product.

Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
The product was purchased within the last 3 days
The product is unused and in original condition
The product is returned with original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our business, the following items are not eligible for return:
Custom-made or personalized products (including 3D printed items made to your specifications)
Products manufactured on demand or as per customer requirements
Items not in their original condition or damaged after delivery
Products that are not suitable for return due to hygiene or usage reasons
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval status.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 days
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method
No additional fees will be charged for the refund
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
We recommend using a trackable and insured courier service
Makertac is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit
